Why are we a great pony party company & petting farm in Dallas?

With a combined 90 years of experience in all areas of animal husbandry, we have a wealth of knowledge to pull from and a flawless saftey record. The Crew and I have experience to determine which ponies are uniquely qualified to be great Party Ponies. How Can I pay?

We have several payment options. By Cash, Check for deposit only ( Please put Driver license and Date of Birth on the check, thank you in advance), Certified Check, Money Order or Pay Pal. If paying by paypal, payment must be paid 3 days before event. Paypal fee of 3% will be applied. Personal checks are NOT accepted for payment the day of the event. We can only accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks or buisness checks for finale payment the day of your event.

How Do I decide how many ponies I need?

While we can accommodate a large number of children with one pony in an hour, 20 is a good number of kids to think about adding a second pony. You can always add a petting zoo/farm to keep the kids busy.

Due you charge a travel fee?

Yes,we do have a travel fee of $1.00 per mile ONE WAY from our zip code of 75165. We charge $.75 per mile round trip if you are 60 miles or more from our farm. We use Mapquest to figure the distance.  Our address is 912 Bells Chapel Circle Waxahachie Texas 75165.  Please call or email for an exact quote.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes we are. We have a two million dollar Liabilty Insurance Policy for your peace of mind. A copy is available upon written request. However, it is recommended that the host provide an additional policy or rider to their current policy to address specific issues and risks related to the event.

We are state regulated and licensed by the federal goverment with a class "C" exhibitor license from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Our farm also complies with the centers of animal disease control and animal welfare act "AWA" regulations. We want to assure you that our animals are well cared for. Our animals are at their optimum in health and are clean when we come to your event.

Is the class "C" license required?

Yes, it is a federal crim to conduct a petting zoo/farm for profit or not, without a class "C" license. Please make sure that the company you hire has a class "C" license, it is the LAW.

Are the petting zoo farm animals friendly?

Yes!! All of our animals have been hand raised. Many of them have worked with us for years. They enjoy being loved on.

I have a dog, will that be a problem?

Our ponies and petting zoo animals are used to dogs and other animals. Your animals most likely are not used to our ponies in their enviroment. So that your pets will remain happy and not stressed, you may want to put them somewhere they feel safe.

What happens if we have bad weather on the date of my event?

While we cannot control the weather, we can always substitue the Petting zoo for Ponies and set it up in a garage. Or, we will be happy to reschedule your event for up to three months, whichever you would like. However, once deposits have been made, they are non-refundable but half the deposit can be reapplied to any event for up to three monthsif cancellation falls within the weather cancellation guidelines stated in the contract. Events that cannot be re-scheduled within three months will forfeit all paid deposits. replacement booking will be rain or shine. NO credits or refunds will be given towards another event if repalcement booking is cancelled.

How long does the set up take? Is it included in the hour?

We allow 20 to 30 min to prepare the surrey and ponies. Depending on how far we have to carry zoo animals, is how long it takes to set up. Your party starts when the first ride starts or the first animal is being and loved. If we are late due to traffic or other uncontrollable reasons, you will still get an entire hour of entertainment!

I don't have a back yard, how much space do you need?

We can drive the carriage down a quite neighborhood road, park, or a long driveway. Our ponies and or petting zoo can work just about anywhere, a front yard, sidewalk, parking lot or side yard. They have traveled far and wide. We don't need much space to make your child's dream come true.

When should I reserve the party?

As soon as you have decided on a day and time. We will write you down on our schedule as soon as we recieve your deposit and signed contract. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until booked. Our books start filling 90 days in advance so please give yourself enough booking for your exact time and date.

Do you only do birthday parties?

We would like for you to consider us for school events, anniversaries, spring flings, fall festivals, christmas programs, business promotions, grand openings, holiday events and fund raisers. No matter how small or large we can make your event special.

**We do have a travel fee of a $1.00 per mile ONE WAY from our location to event locaiton. If your event is over 60 miles or more one way we charge .75 per mile round trip. Our zip is 75165, we use Mapquest to verify the mileage.
